Is it safe to let an AI trade, or is it a scam?
Letting an AI trade can lose real money; the words 'AI trading' do not prove that a service is safe or fraudulent. Check who holds your keys, what access you give and how you can stop new orders.

How Officer handles it
Pit Officer is free and open source, runs on your computer and keeps sealed broker keys there. The panel has its own password; the AI uses an agent token. You set limits outside the prompt.
Example of a refused order
If the agent has a balance of 100 USD, an order requiring 120 USD is rejected. Fees also reduce the balance.
What Officer does not do
Officer does not verify whether another service is a scam, make trading profitable or guarantee a final loss. Try a provider's test mode before using real money.
Limits apply only to orders routed through Officer. An agent with its own broker keys can trade outside Officer.
